Right to retract
Right to retract :
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, the consumer being any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which cannot be attributed either to his commercial activity, nor to his independent professional activity, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

Inform your decision to terminate this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post, or an email). You can use the attached model withdrawal form.
You can complete and transmit electronically the model withdrawal form or another unequivocal declaration. If you make use of this possibility, we will immediately send you (e.g. by e-mail) confirmation of receipt of such a revocation.
To comply with the withdrawal period, you simply need to send the notification of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of revocation:
If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, with the exception of delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we use the same payment method that you used during the initial transaction.
We may refuse a refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen day period.
You bear the costs of returning the goods.
You must only pay for any depreciation of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling which is not necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not exist for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and whose manufacture depends on an individual choice or determination by the consumer or which are clearly adapted to the personal needs of the consumer,
