Contractual partner, conclusion of contract

 

The sales contract is concluded with LC Workshop Bordeaux.

 

We accept your order by sending a separate order confirmation by email or by delivery/dispatch of the goods.

 

The automatic order email does NOT constitute acceptance of the order.

 

The contract data is stored with us for at least 90 days and can be viewed for you on request. The buyer himself is responsible for longer-term data storage.

 

The language used for quotes and invoices is French.

 

Legal liability for defects applies.
